Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you join the waitlist (email), create an account (email, name, password hash, preferred language), or publish designs and products (content you upload, store settings, order details). We also collect basic analytics: pages visited, device type, approximate country — tracked through PostHog.
2. Why we use it
To operate the Service: route you to the right locale, authenticate you, show your store to customers, fulfill orders through our print partners, and communicate about your account. We use aggregate analytics to understand what to build next. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
3. Who sees it
Our print-on-demand partners receive only the information needed to fulfill an order (shipping address and design file). Payment processors receive only what's needed to take payment. Our team can access support-related data to help you. Our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Sentry, PostHog) hold your data under their own policies.
4. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@arabify.co. Under GDPR and similar laws you can also object to processing and ask for a copy of what we hold. We respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use a small set of strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your theme and language. Analytics cookies are set by PostHog with reasonable privacy defaults — no cross-site tracking, no ads.
6. Retention
We keep account data as long as your account is active, and for a short period after closure to handle disputes or legal obligations. Waitlist entries are kept until we email you about early access plus six months for analytics.
7. Children
Arabify isn't for under-16s. If you believe a child has created an account please email privacy@arabify.co and we will remove it.
